Diet fish salad for lunch: a simple and delicious recipe

In addition, you can add seafood, cheeses, and nuts to them and this will make them even more flavorful and tasty.
FoodOboz has prepared a recipe for a very healthy fish salad with vegetables, lettuce, and olives, which you can prepare in 10 minutes and which will prevent you from gaining extra pounds.
Ingredients:
- lettuce leaves – 200 g
- arugula – 200 g
- eggs – 3 pcs
- olives – 100 g
- fish (any to your taste) – 200 g
- mustard – 2 tbsp
- tomatoes – 1 pc
- cucumbers – 1 pc
- olive oil – 1-2 tbsp
- salt, pepper – to taste
Method of preparation:
- Boil the fish, and chop it into large pieces.
- Boil the eggs and cut them into cubes.
- Chop the tomatoes and cucumbers as well.
- Tear lettuce and arugula into a large bowl, and add the eggs and vegetables.
- Put the fish on top.
- For the dressing: mix the mustard with olive oil, salt, and pepper, mix well, and pour over the finished salad.
