If you don't have time to cook at all, there is always a recipe for a delicious, hearty, and quick salad. Moreover, salads are very healthy for the body, as they consist of 90% vegetables. In addition, you can add seafood, cheeses, and nuts to them and this will make them even more flavorful and tasty.

FoodOboz has prepared a recipe for a very healthy fish salad with vegetables, lettuce, and olives, which you can prepare in 10 minutes and which will prevent you from gaining extra pounds.

Ingredients:

  • lettuce leaves – 200 g
  • arugula – 200 g
  • eggs – 3 pcs
  • olives – 100 g
  • fish (any to your taste) – 200 g
  • mustard – 2 tbsp
  • tomatoes – 1 pc
  • cucumbers – 1 pc
  • olive oil – 1-2 tbsp
  • salt, pepper – to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Boil the fish, and chop it into large pieces.
  2. Boil the eggs and cut them into cubes.
  3. Chop the tomatoes and cucumbers as well.
  4. Tear lettuce and arugula into a large bowl, and add the eggs and vegetables.
  5. Put the fish on top.
  6. For the dressing: mix the mustard with olive oil, salt, and pepper, mix well, and pour over the finished salad.
