If you make cutlets from minced chicken, they will already be quite dietary and not greasy. And if you replace eggs with cereals or vegetables and cook the cutlets in the oven, they will be even healthier.
Food blogger Alona Kovalchuk (alenakovalchuk___blog) shared a recipe for chicken cutlets on her Instagram page that doesn't require eggs.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet – 200 g
- milk – 1 tbsp.
- corn porridge – 1 tbsp.
- zucchini – 1\3 pcs
- spinach – 2 tbsp.
- garlic, herbs of Provence
Method of preparation:
1. Grind the fillet into minced meat.
2. Mix the minced meat with milk and spices.
3. Grind the zucchini, spinach, and cereal in a blender separately. Add the resulting mass to the minced meat. Mix thoroughly.
4. Form the patties. Put on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
5. Bake for 12 minutes in the oven at a low temperature.
