Caesar salad is one of the most delicious and simple dishes that can be prepared in completely different ways, with different sauces, even with mayonnaise. Garlic, anchovies, and spices will add piquancy and original flavor to the dish.
Nutritionist Natalia shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious Caesar salad with chicken, parmesan, and sauce that can be eaten by anyone on a diet.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet
- cherry tomatoes
- eggs
- onions
- parmesan
- croutons
- lettuce leaves
- garlic
sauce
- yogurt
- lemon juice
- mustard
- salt
- boiled egg yolk
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the lettuce leaves, dry them. Cut the tomatoes in half.
2. Cut the onion into half rings.
3. Grill the fillets or bake them in the oven.
4. Boil the eggs, cut them in half.
5. Sauce: mix yogurt with lemon juice, add salt, boiled eggs and mix.
6. Assemble the salad, season with the sauce, and sprinkle with cheese.
