Diet and sweet candies without sugar: what to make
If you really want something sweet, but for some reason you have to give up sugar, you should make unrealistically delicious diet sweets. They are based on natural pumpkin puree, which gives off its natural malt. It is very easy to make this dessert at home.

Ingredients:
(for 10 pieces)
- pumpkin puree - 200 g
- dates - 50 g
- orange juice - 30 g
- cinnamon 1 tsp.
- coconut flour 60 grams
Ingredients for the glaze:
- dark chocolate - 60 g
- coconut oil - 10 g
Method of preparation:
1. Beat pumpkin puree, dates, and juice with a blender until smooth. Add the flour and mix. Weigh the mass and divide it into 13 equal parts.
2. Form candies of any shape and put them in the freezer for 1 hour.

Method of preparation of eyes:
1. Melt chocolate with butter in a water bath.
2. Bake the pumpkin at 180 degrees for 30 minutes, peel it, and blend until smooth.
