Dessert with prunes and nuts: how to make a delicious dish from simple ingredients

This recipe used to be extremely popular. But over time, a lot of alternatives have emerged, and, unfortunately, it has been forgotten a bit. It's time to remember what your favorite childhood dessert tastes like.

Food blogger Anna Fil on her Instagram reminded us of what this delicious treat is made of and added some modern touches to it. As a result, the dessert turned out to be simply unsurpassed.

Ingredients

  • Coffee biscuits – 300 g
  • Prunes – 100 g
  • Walnuts – 50 g
  • Sour cream (18%) – 330 g
  • Thickener – 1 pack
  • Powdered sugar – 50 g
  • Vanilla extract – 2-3 drops
  • Dark chocolate – 50 g

The method of preparation

1. Prepare crumbs from ordinary cookies or any cake cake by simply grinding them in a blender.

2. Combine sour cream, powdered sugar, and thickener in a deep bowl. If the sour cream is fat, you can leave out the thickener. Beat everything with a mixer until creamy.

3. Add the vanilla extract and beat again.

4. Spread the crumbs on the bottom of a glass or serving glass.

5. Put the cream on top, and on top of it – pre-soaked and chopped prunes. Chop the nuts with a knife and put them on the prunes.

6. Alternate layers of dessert to the top of the glass. Sprinkle with crumbs and serve.
