The idea of making dietary zucchini pasta for lunch was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Alex Mil (mil_alexx). Chicken is the best choice for meat.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet – 250 g
- zucchini – 300 g
- tomato – 150 g
- sour cream 15% – 100 g
- salt, pepper, paprika, dried garlic
- oil for frying – 1 tsp.
- grated cheese for serving
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the chicken into small pieces.
2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3. Fry in vegetable oil for 3 minutes on both sides.
4. Cut the zucchini into thin strips, like spaghetti, and put it to the meat.
5. Add the chopped tomato.
6. Stir and simmer with the lid closed for 6 minutes.
7. Pour in sour cream, add dried garlic, paprika.
8. Mix everything well.
9. Fry for another 5-7 minutes.
10. To serve, sprinkle with grated cheese.
