A variety of vegetables and mushrooms can be combined in a salad for the winter. Such preservation will be a great appetizer for a festive table, complementing any porridge or pasta. If you use the following technology, the products will remain very crispy and juicy.
The idea of preparing a delicious vegetable salad for the winter was published on the Instagram page of a food blogger with the nickname danilchenko 77. In addition to the usual marinade, you need to make salt water.
Ingredients:
- cucumbers -2 kg.
- sweet pepper - 5-6 pcs.
- onions - 4-5 pcs.
- champignons - 1 kg.
Ingredients for salt water:
- water - 10 cups
- salt - 1 cup
Ingredients for the marinade:
- water - 3 cups
- sugar - 1-1.5 cups
- vinegar 9% - 1.5 cups
- bay leaf
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the pepper and onion into large pieces.
2. Take small cucumbers and mushrooms – they do not need to be cut.
3. Mix water and salt, add vegetables.
4. Leave for 2 hours.
5. Take out and put into jars.
6. For the marinade, combine everything and bring to a boil, pour the hot marinade into the jars, cover with lids, and sterilize for 15 minutes.
7. Close the lids and cover with a blanket until cool.
