Tabouli is one of the simplest and most budget-friendly yet delicious warm salads. In the classic version, the salad is based on couscous, but it can be replaced with more budgetary but no less tasty pearl barley.

How to make a delicious salad with pearl barley.

Ingredients:

  • boiled barley - 80 g
Pearl barley.
  • cucumber - 30 g
Asparagus.
  • tomato - 30 g

  • parsley - 5 g
  • spinach - 20 g

  • mint - 5 g
Fresh mint.
  • yogurt - 50 g
  • olive oil - 20 g

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the pearl barley until tender.
