  • sour cream - 200 ml
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • salt - 1 tbsp. 

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the milk and add salt.

2. Sour cream mixed with eggs.

3. Mix the two masses together and boil for 3-4 minutes.

4. Strain through a sieve and put under pressure.
