If your child has a sweet tooth, make these cookies for them. The dessert is as budget-friendly and quick as possible because it only takes four ingredients and twenty minutes of your time. In addition, it does not contain sugar.
The idea of making sugar-free coconut-banana cookies was published on the Instagram page of nutritionist Anna Vaskovniuk (prikorm_kids_menu). They are delicious with tea or cocoa.
Ingredients:
- banana – 1 pc.
- eggs – 1 pc.
- coconut flour – 3-4 tbsp
- milk – 1-2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Mash the banana with a fork.
2. Add the egg and mix.
3. Add the coconut flour.
4. If the dough is too thick, add a little milk. If it is thin, add a little flour. The dough should be dense and hold its shape.
5. Form into balls.
6. Sprinkle with coconut flour.
7. Place on oiled parchment (ghee, coconut oil, etc.).
8. Bake at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
