  • dark beer - 1.5 liters
  • salt - 1-2 tbsp
  • garlic - 7-8 cloves

  • mustard - 1 tbsp.
  • soy sauce - 1 tbsp
  • honey - 1 tbsp.

1. Wash and clean the shanks well.
