Ingredients:
- butter – 115 g
- eggs – 1 pc
- lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- lemon zest – 2 tbsp
- vanilla – 1 tsp
- baking powder – 1 tsp
- baking soda – 1/2 tsp
- flour – 200 g
- raspberries – 100 g
Method of preparation:

1. Beat soft butter with sweetener.
2. Add lemon juice, zest, egg.
3. Beat for another 1-2 minutes.
4. Add vanilla, baking powder, baking soda, flour.

6. Add raspberries without excess liquid and mix gently.

7. Put the finished dough in the freezer for 10-20 minutes to cool.
