Delicious pork tenderloin stew: step-by-step recipe from AFU fighters
The very name of this dish already arouses a great appetite. When it comes to stewed meat, everyone understands that an extremely tender dish will be served on a plate, which can be easily eaten even with the lips.
Pork tenderloin stew can be cooked both at home and even at the front. This is what Roman, AFU soldier with the call sign "Viking", says on the YouTube page of the 141st Infantry Brigade, where he shared his recipe for this dish. It turns out that he cooks it quite often for his fellow soldiers.
Ingredients
- pork tenderloin or fillet - 4 kg
- salt
- paprika
- garlic
- bay leaf
- oil
The way of cooking
1. First, marinate the meat. Cut it into large pieces according to the size (diameter) of the pan. It is not necessary to remove the film.
2. Grate the garlic, mix it with the rest of the spices and rub the meat with the mixture. Put it in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
3. Heat a frying pan well. Pour in oil.
4. Fry the meat on each side until it is evenly golden brown.
5. Add water or any broth to the pan (except fish one). Stew the meat for 30 minutes on each side.
6. Carefully monitor the water level in the pan as it should be at least a quarter of the height of the meat.
7. Take out the meat and leave for some time. Before serving, cut it into portions.
