Delicious pork chops with Parmesan: sharing the secret of crispy crust

Ingredients:
- 8 pork chops, 150 g each
- salt, freshly ground black pepper
- lemon for serving
For the crust:
- 80 g of breadcrumbs
- 70 g of grated Parmesan cheese
- 100 ml of olive oil
- 5-6 anchovy fillets
- 2 tbsp of capers
- 5-7 sprigs of parsley
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1.5 tsp of oregano
- freshly ground black pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the meat and dry it with paper towels, lightly beat it between two layers of film.
2. Then season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Crust: wash and finely chop the parsley.
4. Chop the garlic together with the anchovies, and capers and add to the parsley, mix well.
5. Mix the breadcrumbs with oregano, black pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese, add the parsley mixture and mix thoroughly.
6. Add olive oil and mix again.
7. Cover a baking sheet with parchment, sprinkle a little with the crust mixture, and place the chops on it.
8. Sprinkle the spice mixture on top of each chop, pressing it well into the meat.
9. Place in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
Eat the finished dish immediately hot, it will also be delicious with vegetables and vegetable salads.
