It is now that plums are very fresh and juicy. Therefore, it will be a good idea to make jam from such fruits. Then you can eat it as a snack with a bun and milk.
The idea of preparing elementary plum jam for winter is published on the page of foodblogger Oksana Dorosh (oksana dorosh rezeptu) in Instagram. The preparation can be made in a pot or pan.
Ingredients:
- sliced plums - 0.5 liter jar with a slide
- sugar - 0.5 l can of sugar with a slide
- citric acid - on the tip of a knife
Method of preparation:
1. Pour plums into a deep skillet or saucepan.
2. Fry on high heat, stirring from the boiling point for 5 minutes.
3. Add sugar.
4. Again, stirring, cook from the boiling time for 5 minutes.
5. Add acid.
6. Cook for a minute.
7. Pour into jars and screw on.
