Delicious pickled salad of roasted peppers: ready in one hour
Bell peppers are delicious stuffed, canned, and used to make summer salads. Marinate the vegetable together with fresh onions, garlic, and various spices. In an hour, the dish will be ready to eat.
The idea of preparing a summer pickled bell pepper salad was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anastasia with the nickname anny.cooking. It is delicious with barbecue and young potatoes.
Ingredients:
- bell pepper - 3-4 pcs
- garlic - 1 clove
- French mustard - 1 tsp
- small purple onion - 1/2 pc
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp
- salt, parsley
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and clean the peppers.
2. Put on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
3. Bake at 200 degrees until the skin is golden brown.
4. Put the cooked peppers in a bowl and cover with foil.
5. Let the peppers cool completely.
6. Then remove the skin and chop.
7. Add French mustard, garlic, onion, herbs, oil, salt, and a little apple cider vinegar to the peppers.
8. Mix and put in a jar.
9. Leave to marinate for an hour.
10. Serve on bread with feta.
