Ingredients:
- 500 g of cucumbers
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 3 tbsp. oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- juice of half a lemon
- pinch of salt
- bunch of dill and parsley
- half a hot pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Slice the cucumbers into four pieces.
2. Put it in a bowl.
3. Add finely chopped dill and parsley, hot pepper, garlic.
4. Squeeze the juice of the lemon.
5. Add honey, vegetable oil, salt.
6. Mix everything, set aside to marinate for 2 hours.
