Pasta is one of the most budget-friendly and easy-to-cook foods. They can be simply boiled in salted water, made into casseroles, and cooked with delicious gravies.

Chef Yevhen Klopotenko shared a recipe for a delicious pasta casserole on his website that you can prepare in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • Pasta (penne, farfalle or rigatoni) – 300 g
  • Cherry tomatoes or any other – 200 g
  • Cheese – 150 g
  • Olive oil – 3 tbsp
  • Fennel seeds – 1/2 tsp
  • Parsley (or basil) – 20 g
  • Salt and pepper – to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 C.

2. Boil the pasta in salted water, drain in a colander, and put it in a saucepan, add olive oil, and stir.

3. Cut the tomatoes in half and chop the herbs.

4. Grate the cheese.

5. Add all this to the pasta, add the fennel seeds and half the grated cheese.

6. Transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle with the second half of the grated cheese, and put in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180°C.
