Ingredients:

  • Milk: 200 gr
  • Flour: 150 gr
  • Sugar: 30 gr
  • Vegetable oil: 30 ml
  • Potato starch: 1 tbsp.
  • Baking powder: 0.5 tsp.
  • Salt (pinch): 1 gr

Method of preparation:

1. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients. The dough will be like thick sour cream.

2. Add oil to the dough and fry in a preheated frying pan.

The pancakes will turn out fluffy and dense even without eggs.
