The cook shared a recipe for delicious lightly salted mackerel on Instagram, which can be eaten in a day.
Ingredients:
- Mackerel – 2 pcs.
- Onion – 1 pc.
Brine:
- 1 liter of cold water
- 3 tbsp of salt
- 1 tsp of sugar
- 1 tsp of dry mustard powder
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the mackerel into pieces, and put in a suitable dish.
2. Brine: dissolve the salt, sugar, and mustard in water, mix, and pour over the fish.
3. Pour the brine over the fish and refrigerate for a day.
Serve with onions!
