Delicious lazy khachapuri in a new way – with cheese and leeks in a pan
Khachapuri is a traditional Georgian dish. It is based on dough and cheese. It is worth noting that there is no single recipe; there are round khachapuri, which are Megrelian or Imeretian, and those with an egg, which are Ajarian. It is also very common for them to be cooked in a frying pan – lazy ones.
