Delicious homemade pizza for children: dough without yeast and eggs
If you want to make a delicious homemade pizza for children, you should use cheese dough as the basis for the dish, which does not require eggs. This pizza turns out to be very tasty and cooks quickly – just 15 minutes in the oven.

Ingredients:
- cottage cheese – 100 g
- hard cheese\Parmesan cheese – 30-40 g
- butter/ghee – 1.5 tsp
- whole wheat flour – 3-4 tbsp

- mushrooms

Method of preparation:
1. Grate hard cheese, then mix it with cottage cheese, butter and flour. Knead the dough, wrap it in cling film, and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
2. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5 mm and form the sides.
