Delicious homemade pizza: a great alternative to hot sandwiches

You will be pleasantly surprised when you make homemade pizza according to this recipe. If you prepare the dough in advance, it will take less time to make the pizza itself than hot sandwiches.

Thus, this dish can be a great alternative to the hot sandwiches that are so often prepared for breakfast. The pizza recipe was shared on Instagram by food blogger Anna Fil.

Ingredients for the dough

  • Warm milk - 200 ml
  • Dry yeast - 1 tsp.
  • Salt - 1/3 tsp
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Flour - 250 g

Method of preparation.

1. Add sugar, salt and 4 tbsp of flour from the total amount to the warm milk. Stir well.

2. Cover with foil and leave for 20 minutes.

3. Add the oil. Stir to combine.

4. Add the rest of the flour and knead the dough.

5. Cover with plastic wrap and leave at room temperature for 1 hour.

6. After that, put the dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Leave it for 10-15 minutes.

7. Spread it with ketchup and add the filling.

8. Beat the egg with 1 tbsp of fatty sour cream (or mayonnaise), add garlic and spices to taste.

9. Pour over the filling and sprinkle with grated cheese.

10. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees.
