Delicious fried potatoes cooked at the front: a recipe from the defenders of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
The simplest, healthiest, most budget-friendly, tasty and easiest to prepare product is potatoes. It can be used to make many different dishes, from mashed potatoes to pies, donuts and casseroles. You can also simply fry or bake potatoes with vegetables, mushrooms, and spices.

Ingredients:
- potatoes
- carrots
- zucchini
- onion
- spices
- mushrooms
- corn
- peas
- cabbage
- garlic
- spices
Method of preparation:
1. Peel and chop the vegetables: potatoes into 4 pieces, fry in vegetable oil until tender and transfer to a saucepan.
2. Chop the onion at random, fry the carrots until golden brown. Add chopped garlic.
3. Fry the zucchini, mushrooms and cabbage separately.
4. Combine all the ingredients, mix, add spices, corn, peas and stir.
5. Put the finished dish in a saucepan.
