Seasonal eggplants can be prepared so that they resemble mushrooms in flavor. To do this, you just need to fry the vegetable in a pan with the addition of a few simple ingredients. You will do it very quickly.

Foodblogger Oksana Dorosh (oksana dorosh rezeptu) explained how to prepare this dish on Instagram. Do not spare garlic and sour cream.

Ingredients:

  • eggplants - 1 kg.
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • onion - 1 large
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • sour cream

Cooking method:

1. Peel and dice the eggplant into large cubes.

2. Beat eggs lightly and pour over eggplant.

3. Stir and leave to marinate for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.

4. Slice the onion into half rings and fry lightly.

5. Then add eggplant and fry until tender, stirring occasionally.

6. Towards the end of frying, add spices and garlic, as well as a few spoonfuls of sour cream.
