Delicious cottage cheese pancakes: they turn out golden and do not tear
Pancakes may not always turn out perfectly – sometimes the dough is torn and has a pale color. That's why you should add cottage cheese to the egg mass. The texture will be very tender and will hold its shape perfectly.
The idea of making cottage cheese pancakes was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Kateryna (recepty_przepisy).
Ingredients:
- eggs – 2 pcs.
- salt – 1 tsp.
- sugar – 1 tsp.
- milk – 400 ml
- flour –150 g
- baking powder (without a slide) – 1 tsp.
- butter – 30 g
- hard cheese – 150 g
- dill
- sour cream
Cooking method:
1. Combine eggs, salt, and sugar in a bowl and beat with a whisk.
2. Then add 1/2 of the flour, mix, pour in 1/2 of the milk, and mix.
3. Add the flour and milk again, mix well with a whisk to avoid lumps, pour in the oil, and stir.
4. Add the grated cheese, and finely chopped dill, and stir.
5. Fry the pancakes in a preheated frying pan, and brush with vegetable oil. Serve with sour cream or cheese spread.
