Delicious chicken kebab: what trick will help make it juicy
Bacon-wrapped chicken kebab is an incredibly tender and tasty dish cooked on the grill. Regardless of the fact that chicken is considered a rather dry meat, the dish turns out to be very juicy due to the use of bacon.
Chef Hector Jimenez-Bravo shared on Instagram how to make bacon-wrapped chicken kebabs. He also showed how to marinate chicken properly.
Ingredients
- Chicken thigh fillet - 1 kg
- Bacon - 600-700 gr
- Onions - 3 pieces
- Rosemary - 2 sprigs
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Pepper - ½ tsp.
Method of preparation
1. Beat off the fillet. Cut the onion into half rings, chop the rosemary and add to the meat. Season with salt and pepper and marinate for 1 hour.
2. Put the bacon on the cling film and wrap 2 fillets in it. Use the plastic wrap to form rolls.
3. Thread the finished rolls onto skewers and carefully cut them as shown in the video.
4. Cook on the coals until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
