Delicious chicken and mushroom pate: better than any spreads
Instead of various store-bought spreads on bread, it is much better to prepare homemade pâté. For it, you will need chicken and mushrooms. And in order for the consistency to be tender and soft, you need to add cream cheese.
The idea of making a delicious homemade pate with chicken and mushrooms is published on the Instagram page of food blogger Yulia Simonchuk (cook julija simonchuk). Broth from boiled chicken does not need to be poured out, it will be needed.
Ingredients:
- chicken thigh - 3 pcs.
- mushrooms - 500 g
- onion - 2 pcs.
- creamy cottage cheese - 130 g
- broth in which the chicken was cooked - 100 ml.
- spices: salt, pepper, dried garlic.
Method of preparation:
1. Boil thighs in water with bay leaf and oregano pepper.
2. Separate the meat from the bones.
3. Fry onion and mushrooms in vegetable oil with butter.
4. In a blender bowl put meat, onion and mushrooms, cream cheese and a little broth (50-100 ml.) in which the chicken was cooked, beat.
5. Transfer to a dish and place in the refrigerator for a few hours.
6. Masticate on toasted bread.
