  • tomatoes in their own juice - 1 can
  • oregano, salt, sugar, dry garlic

Ingredients for the filling:

  • any sausage / hunting sausages - 150 g
  • mozzarella cheese - 100 g
  • hard cheese (any) - 100 g

How to make the dough:

1. Dissolve sugar in warm milk and add yeast. Let stand for 10 minutes.

2. Beat in the egg, add salt, oil and flour.

3. Knead the dough, it should be soft, smooth and elastic. Leave it in a bowl for 2 hours.

4. Cover with a clean towel. The dough will rise 2 times.

Preparation of the sauce:

1. Pour the tomatoes into the frying pan, add salt, dried garlic, oregano and sugar. Let it simmer for 1 minute. The sauce is ready.
