  • cottage cheese - 400-500 g
  • sour cream or Greek yogurt - 100 g
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • Jerusalem artichoke syrup or any sweetener - 50 g
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • corn starch - 50 g
  • optionally, you can add a few drops of vanilla extract and a little lemon zest.

Method of preparation:

1. Mix all ingredients.

2. Add cornstarch last.
