Delicious carrot roll with salted filling: how to prepare a spectacular appetizer
If you have a lot of juicy homemade carrots, you can use them to make a delicious and hearty roll. For the filling, use creamy cottage cheese and tuna. Carrot dough holds its shape perfectly and does not disintegrate.

Ingredients:
- carrots (peeled and grated) - 600 g
- eggs - 5 pcs.
- creamy cottage cheese - 300 g
- canned tuna - 1 can
- dill - bunch
- salt, pepper - to taste
- oil and butter for frying
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the carrots into a fine grater, fry them in vegetable oil with a bit of butter until soft. Add salt and pepper. Then transfer the carrots to a plate and let them cool to room temperature.
2 Separate the yolks from the egg whites. Add the yolks to the cooled carrots and mix well. Meanwhile, whisk the egg whites to a stiff, loose foam.
3. Kneading very gently in two stages, stir the carrot mixture into the whipped whites, using a spatula.
4. Place the carrot dough on parchment, spread it out evenly and bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
5. After baking, let the biscuit cool for 10 minutes.
6. Mix cream cheese with finely chopped dill - this will add freshness and flavor to the dish.
7. Transfer the baked biscuits to clingfilm, remove the parchment.
8. Spread cream cheese and herbs over bisquick, top with fork-marked canned tuna.
9. Carefully roll everything into a roll, fix it with food film and let it infuse in the refrigerator for 40-60 minutes.
