Delicious Caesar salad in a new way: just add one ingredient to the sauce
If you want to prepare a delicious and healthy dinner with simple ingredients quickly, a vegetable salad is the best choice, and if you want it to be hearty, add seafood or meat.
The FoodOboz editorial team has selected a recipe that was posted on the Instagram page (povarenok_borovkovik), namely for a delicious Caesar salad with a spicy garlic and cheese sauce.
Ingredients:
- chicken breast (fillet) - 500 g
- Chinese cabbage
- hard cheese - to your taste
- croutons - 100 g
- tomatoes - 1-2 pcs
For the sauce:
- mayonnaise
- garlic
- herbs
- lemon
Method of preparation:
1. Fry the chicken until golden brown. You can also boil it.
2. Cut the cabbage into thin strips and the tomatoes into slices.
3. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
4. Cut the chicken or disassemble it into small pieces.
5. For the sauce, beat the garlic with mayonnaise, herbs, and lemon juice in a blender.
6. Put the prepared salad in a bowl. You can use the sauce to season the dish immediately or simply serve the sauce separately with croutons.
This way, the salad will still be attractive even during a long feast.
