Delicious cabbage cutlets for children: a simple recipe
If you want to make delicious and healthy cutlets for children, cabbage is the best vegetable for this. After all, it is dense in structure and also goes well with other products, such as eggs, spices, and flour.
Chef Tetiana Lytvynova shared a recipe for delicious cabbage cutlets that you can cook in just 15 minutes on her YouTube channel.
Ingredients:
- white cabbage - 300 g
- onion - 200 g
- olive oil - 2 tbsp
- garlic - 2 cloves
- eggs - 2 pcs
- salt - 1 tsp
- paprika - 1 tsp
- black pepper - 0.5 tsp
- coriander - 0.5 tsp
- nutmeg - 0.5 tsp
- wheat flour - 3 tbsp
Sauce:
- sour cream - 100 g
- cucumber - 1 pc
- dill - 20 g
- salt - 0.5 tsp
Method of preparation:
1. Finely chop the cabbage.
2. Peel the onion, cut it into cubes and fry in a pan until golden brown. Add the squeezed garlic.
3. Put the cabbage in a sieve and then in a water bath.
4. Beat eggs with paprika, pepper and coriander, add fried onions, cooked cabbage and flour, and mix.
5. Heat a frying pan well, add oil and fry the cutlets. Then place them on a paper towel.
6. For the sauce, finely chop dill and cucumber and mix with sour cream.
Serve the cutlets immediately with sour cream sauce.
