Delicious blackberry jam: preserves maximum vitamins
Blackberries are one of the healthiest berries that ripen in summer. This product is very juicy and has a pleasant sourness and natural malt. Therefore, it is exactly what you need to make delicious jam for the winter. In addition, there is a recipe that does not require mandatory rolling up of the lids – the finished product can simply be stored in the refrigerator.

Ingredients:
- blackberries - 300 g
- sugar - 300 g
- juice and zest of half a lemon
- zest of a whole orange
Method of preparation:
1. Cover the berries with sugar, and put on low heat.
2. When the sugar has melted and everything is boiling, add the orange and lemon.
3. Cook for 10 minutes.
4. Leave it on overnight.
5. Cook for another 5 minutes in the morning.
6. You can roll up the lids or simply store them in the refrigerator.
