Peppers make a delicious adjika, as well as salads, sauces, and snacks. You can also simply bake it, peel it off, and make a salad appetizer by simply adding cheese, spices, vinegar, and honey.
The cook shared a recipe for a delicious pepper salad with onions, garlic, and mustard on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Peppers - 4 pcs.
- Blue onion - 0.5 pcs.
- Parsley
- Garlic - 1 clove.
- Oil - 1 tbsp.
- Apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp
- French mustard - 1 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the pepper and cut out the middle, cut in half, put on parchment and cook in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 C.
2. Place on a plate, cover with cling film and let cool completely. Remove the peel from the peppers and chop, chop the onion and parsley.
3. Add the garlic, oil, vinegar, mustard and salt, mix everything and cover, leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
