  • onion
  • cherry tomatoes
  • Provencal herbs
  • sour cream - 100 g
  • grainy mustard - 1 tbsp
  • honey - 1 tbsp
  • oil - 2 tbsp
  • salt, pepper - to taste

1. Make cuts in the mackerel fillet.

2. Salt it a little and make a sauce.
