Cook Tetyana (tanyushina) shared on Instagram a recipe for a hearty salad of mushrooms, onions and carrots, which can be prepared for a festive table and every day.
Ingredients:
- mushrooms - 400 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- carrots - 1 pc.
- pickled cucumbers - 4-5 pcs.
- breadcrumbs - 100 g
- vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp.
- mayonnaise - to taste
- mustard - 1 tsp.
- garlic - 1 clove.
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the mushrooms into slices, onion into half rings, grate the carrots and fry everything separately and place on paper towels to absorb excess fat.
2. Then put them in a bowl, add chopped pickles, chopped garlic, season with mayonnaise, add mustard, salt, pepper and mix.
3. Sprinkle the salad with breadcrumbs before serving.
