Delicious apple and horseradish sauce for fish and meat
Fish and meat are two of the most delicious, healthy, nutritious and easy-to-cook foods. They can be used to make cutlets, chops, cabbage rolls, meatballs, as well as stewed with vegetables, made into pies, dumplings and pancakes, barbecue and cooked with various sauces.
Chef Anatoliy Dobrovolskyi shared a recipe for a versatile, delicious sauce for fish and meat, the main ingredients of which are apples, horseradish and beets, on Instagram. (to watch the video, click on the page to the end).
ingredients
- apples - 5 pcs.
- sugar - 1/2 tbsp
- lemon - 1/2 pc.
- water - 50-70 ml.
- grated horseradish - 3 tbsp.
- beet juice - 3-5 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and peel the apples.
2. Cut into small slices, put into a frying pan, and add water.
3. Grate half a lemon, add sugar and cook the apples until they are soft.
4. Put the cooked apples in a blender, add the grated horseradish, lemon and beet juice, and blend until smooth.
5. Transfer to a suitable container, let it cool completely and serve with meat or fish.
