Everything about it is perfect: juicy apple and cheese filling and a moderately crispy crust. It goes well with coffee or tea.

  • apples – 2 pcs
  • eggs – 1 pc
  • cottage cheese – 300-400 g
  • lavash – 2 pcs
  • raisins
  • powdered sugar/sugar
  • sesame seeds/coconut flakes

Method of preparation:

1. Peel and grate the apples.

2. Mix the apples with cottage cheese, sugar, and raisins (pre-steep with boiling water). Add the egg white. Mix well.

3. Spread the resulting mass evenly on a sheet of pita bread. Wrap it in a roll.

4. Grease the top of the roll with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
