Delicious and spicy underbelly in 20 minutes: the perfect dish for the Easter table
You should definitely prepare a meat plate for the Easter table. It can be ham. Different types of sausage, as well as spicy underbelly. You can simply boil it in spices - the meat will be very soft and juicy.

What you need for cooking:
- underbelly - 600 g
- thread
- water - 2 liters
- salt - 60-70 g
- bay leaves - 3 pcs.
- cloves - 3-4 pcs.
- peppercorns - 10 pcs.
- coriander - 1/2 tsp.
- garlic - 2-3 cloves
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
- a pinch of smoked paprika
Method of preparation:
1. Tie the underbelly with a string to prevent the meat from curling during cooking.
2. Add salt, bay leaf, cloves, peppercorns and coriander to boiling water.
3. Put the underbelly in boiling water and cook for exactly 20 minutes.
4. Take the meat out of the broth, remove the threads and, while it is still hot, rub it with a mixture of crushed garlic, black pepper and smoked paprika.
5. Leave the underbelly to cool at room temperature.
6. When the meat has cooled, put it in the refrigerator.
