Delicious and nutritious shakshuka for breakfast in minutes: the recipe
Without exaggeration, scrambled eggs and all egg dishes are considered the most favorite and popular breakfast. One of these is shakshuka, a dish that came to us from the Middle East and is increasingly finding its way into the recipes of housewives. Shakshuka is traditionally made with poached eggs combined with tomato paste, tomatoes, and spices.
The recipe for nutritious shakshuka was shared by popular chef Mykola Liulko (nikolay_lyulko) on his Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- onion – 40 g
- bell pepper – 50 g
- tomatoes – 50 g
- pilatti tomatoes – 100 g (can be replaced with tomato juice and more fresh tomatoes)
- sausages – 80 g
- beans – 30 g
- paprika – 1 g
- ground coriander – 2 g
- dried ginger – 1 g
- salt – 2 g
- sugar – 2 g
- eggs – 3 pcs
- parsley\cilantro – 10 g
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the pepper into strips, onion – into cubes, tomato – into large cubes.
2. Cut the sausages randomly.
3. Put the onion to fry.
4. After 2 minutes add pepper. Add salt.
5. Add the sausages and tomatoes.
6. Add the tomatoes and add a little water.
7. Add the beans and spices.
8. Break the eggs into the dish so as not to damage the yolk.
9. Sprinkle with chopped herbs when serving.
