To begin with, we note that as an alternative to the classic chebureks, there are vegetable and healthier ones, such as zucchini, which are much easier and faster to prepare.

How to cook delicious chebureks at home

Ingredients:

dough:

  • flour - 250 g
  • oil - 2-3 tbsp
  • water - 150 ml
  • salt - a pinch

the filling:

  • pork - 150 g
  • beef - 150 g
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • garlic - optional
  • pepper, salt - to taste
  • water - 50 ml

Method of preparation:

  1. Sift the flour.
  2. Heat the water to boiling water, add salt, and oil, and gradually add the flour, mixing to avoid lumps.
  3. Next, add the flour, mix again, and knead the dough with your hands for about 10 minutes.
  4. Make it into a ball, wrap it in cling film, and leave it in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  5. Filling: pass the meat through a meat grinder, add chopped onion, salt, and pepper, and mix well, add water and mix again.
  6. Divide the finished dough into equal pieces, roll it out with a rolling pin, add the filling, and pinch it well.
  7. Pour oil into a saucepan or deep frying pan and fry on both sides until cooked.
  8. Put them on a paper towel to drain.
