How to make a delicious salmon pate

Salmon makes a very tasty pate because it is a very tender fish with a minimum number of bones. And while sandwiches with pieces of this product are quite expensive, pate can be considered a budget option, because you get a lot of this spread. Ingredients:

  • salmon – 1 piece (approximately 1.4 kg)
  • large onions – 1 or 2 small ones
  • salt, pepper, and seasonings – to taste
  • olive oil – 1 tbsp

Method of preparation:

1. Clean the fish, and remove all the insides.

2. Bake in a sleeve or foil in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

3. Peel the onion, chop it, simmer in a frying pan until soft.

4. Cool the fish, and remove the skin.

5. Pour the juice that the fish gave during baking into the pan.

6. Separate the fillets from the bones in the pan.

7. Add the onion to the same place.

8. Add salt, pepper, coriander.

9. Pour in the olive oil and blend.

10. Put into glasses.

11. Put in the refrigerator for 1.5 hours.
