1.Dice the onion, grate the carrots, and fry in a frying pan with oil.

2. Peel the tomatoes, cut them into small cubes, add the roast, salt and pepper.

3. Stew for 10 minutes.

4. Bake the peppers in the oven, peel off the skin, add to the roast, and blend.

How to prepare the main dish

1. Cut all the vegetables into 3 mm thick rings and stack them in piles, alternating zucchini, tomato, eggplant, and zucchini.

2. Put the sauce in the mold, and put the stacks of vegetables in a circle (spiral) on it.

3. Drizzle with oil.

4. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
