Burger is one of the most popular fast food dish. The abundance of toppings, spicy sauce, and crispy bun cannot leave many people around the world indifferent. But eating this dish, especially in hot weather, is not always very safe. Therefore, it is better to cook a burger at home.
Food blogger Victoria shared a simple idea for making a homemade burger on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- burger buns
- sauce
- tomato
- cucumber
- lettuce leaves
- chicken or duck fillet (baked, fried or boiled)
- fried bacon
- cheese
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the bun.
2. Dry slightly in a frying pan.
3. Fry the bacon.
4. Divide the fillet into fibers.
5. Grease the bottom of the bun with the sauce.
6. Put the fillet, cucumber, cheese, bacon, tomato, and lettuce leaves.
7. Grease the other half of the bun with the sauce.
8. Cover.
