Ingredients
- flour - 180 gr
- warm water - 90 ml
- milk - 2 tbsp
- sugar - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- dry yeast - 1 tsp.
- oil - 2 tbsp.
- any cheese that melts well - 120 g
- ham, sausage or meat - 120 g
- tomato sauce
Method of preparation
1. Add water, milk, sugar, salt and yeast to a deep bowl. Mix well.
2. Add flour and start kneading with a spatula.
3. Add oil and knead the dough by hand. Put it in a warm place for 40-60 minutes.
4. Divide the dough into 4 parts. Roll out a circle from each one.
5. Put tomato sauce, grated cheese and ham in the center of the circle.
6. Bring the edges of the dough to the center and pinch them. Roll it out a little with a rolling pin.
7. Fry in a dry pan until the cheese has melted and a golden crust has formed. You can also bake it in the oven.
