Ingredients:
- black bread - several pieces
- beetroot - 1 pc.
- herring fillet - 1 pc.
- garlic
- mayonnaise
- green onions
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the beets. Peel and grate them. Grate the garlic, add mayonnaise, and mix.
2. Cut the fillet into portions.
3. Dry the bread in the oven.
4. Spread the beetroot mixture on the bread, top with the herring and sprinkle with green onions.
