Ingredients:

  • Sour cream 20% - 500 g
  • Condensed milk - 200 g
  • Gelatin - 35 g
  • Jelly of different colors

Method of preparation:

1. Prepare jelly of different colors according to the instructions on the package.

2. Cut the finished jelly into random pieces and stir into a deep bowl in which the dessert will be prepared.

3. Mix sour cream with condensed milk and beat with a mixer for 5 minutes.

4. Add the gelatin soaked in water and melted gelatin while continuing the whipping process.

5. Pour the resulting mass over the jelly. Put it in the fridge until it is completely frozen.
