  • White yogurt - 400 g
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
  • Salt, spices - optional

Method of preparation:

1. Place a sieve over a deep bowl and put several layers of cheesecloth on top.

2. Mix all ingredients and put on cheesecloth. Close or tie on all sides.

3. Put any weight on top and refrigerate overnight.
