How to make a delicious five-ingredient dessert

If you're craving something sweet, but the weather outside doesn't allow you to go to the store or you just don't feel like it, this dairy dessert will be a real find. It contains only 5 ingredients that everyone almost always has at home. Just a few simple manipulations and you will get something very similar to an exquisite panela.

An elementary idea for making a milk dessert is published on the komashchuk_ksu Instagram page.

Ingredients:

  • milk - 500 ml
  • sugar - 60 g
  • corn starch - 60 g
  • frozen raspberries (you can use other berries or jam) - 3 tbsp
  • coconut flakes

Method of preparation:

1. Pour milk, sugar, and starch into a saucepan and put on fire.

2. When it boils, reduce the heat and stir constantly until bubbles form.

3. Remove from heat and add berries.

4. Stir, and put into a mold.

5. Send to the refrigerator until completely frozen.

6. Cut into squares, and roll in coconut flakes.
